Since 1986, Performance Through Chemistry has become much more than a slogan for LabChem. It has defined their commitment to provide value to their customers. LabChem’s product line consists of chemical solutions prepared to exact quality standards and certified for use in laboratories and production processes. They regularly produce chemical solutions to specifications designed by government and regulatory bodies, commercial and trade associations, and the specific needs of individual users and businesses. LabChem applies the same quality standards to produce certified solutions and reagents whether stock items, a custom packaged product, a proprietary formulation, or an item for private label.
Our decision to invest in LabChem was driven by the team’s dedication and commitment to customer service and quality, fundamental values to our business philosophy. We were not looking to divest. SilverMill convinced us that as a key member of their group, LabChem would be well positioned to reach its full potential.
